Classroom Assessment Techniques for Busy Faculty
Target Audience: This workshop is designed to give busy faculty at least four simple, effective and efficient classroom assessment techniques for assessing student recall and understanding. This workshop is based on the work of Angelo and Cross (1993) in Classroom Assessment Techniques: A Handbook for College Instructors.
Workshop Objectives: Upon completion of the workshop, participants will be able to do the following:

Identify four classroom assessment techniques;

Model and apply appropriate classroom assessment strategies;

Provide feedback and gauge student’s’ understanding and recall of course content.
