The Office of Educational Assessment & Accreditation supports student learning outcomes assessment in the Cato College of Education.

These examples of student learning outcomes assessments provide a snapshot of student attainment at the program level.

In 2016, the College held the Cato College of Education Charrette for community partners, current candidates, and recent graduates. Students from the College of Education shared their research and reflected on their student teaching experiences and recent graduates spoke about how their education at UNC Charlotte prepared them for their first years of teaching in the classroom. This event provided the College with invaluable feedback to assist with continuous improvement efforts within the College’s programs.
